Video document (22 minutes) and book
In the video, Faruk Kimsesizgil explains how he was guided to Saint Ya Vedud’s shrine through dreams and how he managed to have control over the land surrounding the shrine. The book is a reproduction of the notebook he kept, which tells his own story, Ya Vedud’s and has entries by the visitors to the shrine. These two documents are produced as a work to be inserted into archives, which if discovered, will create the potential of inserting his personal story into history.
